Indian e-Visa Exit Points and Rules

According to the rules of the Indian Immigration Authority for Indian e-Visa or Electronic Indian Visa, you can leave India on your e-Visa by air, train, bus, or cruise ship, but only if you have applied for a Tourist e-Visa, Business e-Visa, or Medical e-Visa. You can exit India through any authorized airport or seaport mentioned below.

If you have a multiple entry visa, you can exit India through different airports or seaports. Remember to bookmark this website, as the list of authorized exit ports may be changed, and more ports may be added in the coming months as decided by the Indian Immigration Authority.

The following are authorized Immigration Check Points (ICPs) for exiting India. (34 airports, land immigration checkpoints, 31 seaports, and 5 rail checkpoints). However, when entering India on an electronic India Visa (Indian e-Visa), you are allowed to use only two modes of transport - airport or cruise ship.
